Terms of Service
Last updated 18 August 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Geeky Bee (“we”, “us”) for use of PriorityFlow at https://priorityflow.app. Contact: info@priorityflow.app.
1. The service
PriorityFlow is a hosted workspace for tasks, projects, communications, calendar, meetings, files, and related features. We may change, add, or withdraw features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration details and keep your password and connected accounts secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Company workspace administrators are responsible for their members’ use.
3. Acceptable use
You must not:
- break the law or these terms;
- probe, overload, or disrupt the service;
- access another customer’s data without permission;
- upload malware or content you do not have rights to use;
- use the service to send unsolicited bulk email in breach of anti-spam law.
4. Your content
You retain rights in content you put into PriorityFlow. You grant us a licence to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the service for you and your workspace. You confirm you have the rights to that content, including email and calendar data you connect from Google or Microsoft.
5. Third-party services
Optional connections (Google, Microsoft, Stripe, Daily.co, and similar) are governed by those providers’ terms. We are not responsible for their services. Disconnecting an integration in PriorityFlow does not cancel those providers’ own settings; you should also revoke access in their account consoles if you want to end access completely.
6. Plans, trials, and payment
Paid plans, trials, seats, storage, and usage charges are described in the product and at checkout. Prices exclude VAT unless stated. Fees are billed via Stripe. If payment fails, we may limit or lock the account after any grace period we describe in the product.
7. Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other’s non-public information confidential except where disclosure is required by law or needed to provide the service through processors.
8. Intellectual property
PriorityFlow, including software, branding, and documentation, remains ours. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell the service except as allowed by law.
9. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for loss of data or profits. Our total liability arising from the service in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us for PriorityFlow in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Cancellation
You may stop using the service and close your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or that remain unpaid. After termination we may delete workspace data in line with the Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any competent court.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change. If a change is material we will try to notify you by email or in the product. Continued use after the update means you accept the new terms.
