PriorityFlow

Privacy Policy

Last updated 18 August 2026

This policy describes how Geeky Bee (“we”, “us”) processes personal data when you use PriorityFlow at https://priorityflow.app. Questions: info@priorityflow.app.

1. Who we are

PriorityFlow is a workspace for tasks, projects, email, calendar, meetings, files, and related team tools. The controller of personal data for your account is Geeky Bee, trading as PriorityFlow.

2. Data we collect

  • Account data: name, email address, password hash (if you sign in with email), timezone, and profile settings.
  • Google account data (only if you connect Google): profile email, calendar events, Gmail messages you choose to sync or triage, and contacts, according to the permissions you grant on Google’s consent screen.
  • Microsoft / Outlook data (only if you connect Outlook): profile email and calendar events you map for sync.
  • Workspace content: projects, tasks, notes, files, meetings, CRM records, and messages you or your teammates create.
  • Billing data: plan, seat counts, invoices, and payment status processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, and logs needed to run and secure the service.

3. How we use Google user data

If you grant Google access, we use that data only to provide PriorityFlow features you enable: sign-in, calendar display and optional two-way sync, email listing/triage/send, and contact picking. We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data to train generalised AI models. We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as processors needed to run the service (for example hosting) or if the law requires it.

You can disconnect Google at any time in PriorityFlow settings and by visiting Google Account permissions.

4. Legal bases

We process data to perform our contract with you, to bill and support the service, to meet legal duties, and where needed for legitimate interests such as security and product improvement that does not override your rights.

5. Sharing

We share data with processors who host, send email, process payments (Stripe), provide video calling, and run optional AI features you use. Company workspace admins can see member activity inside that workspace. We may disclose data if required by law.

6. Retention

We keep account and workspace data while your account is active. After deletion or a required legal hold, we delete or anonymise data within a reasonable period unless we must keep it for tax, dispute, or security reasons.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. Email info@priorityflow.app. You may also complain to your local data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).

8. Security

We use HTTPS, access controls, and encrypted storage for selected sensitive fields. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. Children

PriorityFlow is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date above will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
